ALBUM REVIEW
ZOU is a modern trio of innovative musics, led by drummer Dominique LENTIN (L'EMPIRE DES SONS). Also present here as guests are saxophone player Daniel BROTHIER, bass player Patricia WYDER and guitarist Bob LIPMAN. "Bousillator" (1996) is a succession of rock tracks, ballads, waltzes, references to Japan and to industrial music... All of this keeping still as a lead a rock-hard humour, a love of music and a constant research of new musical ways. The album's first four tracks were recorded live at the Cellophonic for Strings festival in Aachen (Germany) on the 9th October 1994, whereas the suite was recorded in studio between 1992 and 1995.
